Change to services announcement

From 1st March 2019 the surgeries email address for prescription requests will be discontinued and replaced fully with the patient online access service / app. Once you  have registered for this service you will be able to:

  • Book or cancel appointments with a GP
  • Order prescriptions online
  • View parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.
  • View clinical correspondence such as hospital discharge summaries, outpatient appointments letters and referral letters

The service is free and available to everyone who is registered with a GP.

Patients who wish to drop off their prescription slips at the practice can of course still continue to do so.
